About the Role
Digital CoE team handles all the campaigns across the Airtel Thanks App and creates new capabilities for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all marketing promotions and campaigns across a set of channels on the Airtel Thanks App or Website.
Working across the cross sell, upsell, and retention journeys of existing customers using the set of channels
Getting creatives for promotions created through design as per brief
Monitor performance and proactively optimize the campaigns
Work with different teams including growth, product and tech for execution of marketing campaigns
Find new marketing channels to reach the user and help in development and testing of the channel
Able to quality check creative and content and give inputs wherever applicable
Ensure top notch user experience in the campaigns which go live
Experience & Skills
Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in an online marketing operations role.
Prior work experience with emails, app push notifications, or SMS
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint.
Creative mindset with good communication skills and impeccable rigour for execution
