The Role:
Support your team during busy services to create positive energy and a productive environment
Show versatility with your skills and experience working in all sections of professional kitchens
Ability to remain calm during pressurised services.
Demonstrate experienced knife skills and impeccable attention to detail
Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you
Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes
