The Smalls is a global creative production hub co-creating boundary-breaking video content with diverse filmmakers for clients with a global perspective.
We have a passion for film and short-form content. From one-off Instagram videos through to long-form video content for multi-channel campaigns, we specialise in producing all video formats including branded content, documentary, social video, corporate and explainer videos for brands, agencies and publishers.

Our UK office is located in the heart of Shoreditch, in London. Our Singapore office is on the bustling Keong Saik.
We are now looking for a Community Manager to join the new Community team to plan and implement communication campaigns and community engagement strategies. Are you our next Community manager? Can you help us create a Community of film-focused hyper-talented creatives operating at the forefront of their profession?
>> Your Key Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with creative production trends
Organise events to boost belonging among community members
Secure sponsorships
Build relationships with industry professionals
Liaise with relevant internal departments
Respond to the community in a timely manner
Attend meetings with the Community Advisory board and keep up regular communication with them in-between times.
Ensure that our tech platform offers value to our clients and to our community and that our internal teams are consistently working through an ED&I lens
Get involved in projects involving the Film Festival
>> What you will need to be successful:
Below are the essential skills & behaviours:
Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
Hands-on experience with social media management
Ability to interpret website traffic
Knowledge of online marketing
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Be an ambassador for the agency’s culture and values!
