This role will be responsible for the overarching compliance management, including regular training and audit.We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role (within the NHS desirable) and has a strong ability to organise and maintain company wide documentation. This role also has the possibility of acting Data Protection Officer, depending on the successful candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure staff are compliant and up to date with relevant training modules i.e. data protection, clinical, etc. and relevant logs are regularly updatedHold training sessions/webinars bi-annually for compliance topicsBe the go to source for compliance related knowledge for employees (Head of Legal will be available to answer questions you may have and will provide as much support as reasonably needed)Ensure company compliance in DPIAs and other relevant compliance docs, completing relevant sections and answering queries related to same. Become key member in document review and approval processEnsure external compliance with all applicable company (recurring) registrations i.e. NHS DSPToolkit, DCB1060/0129, ICO, etc. needed for compliance with various bodies i.e. NHSMeet quarterly with applicable clinical lead to ensure clinical/safety compliance (re: DCB1060/0129, etc.) and do applicable corresponding logs and paperworkOversee clinical team compliance (logging and reporting requirements i.e. adverse events)Assist relevant Ops/Clinical team members with their compliance reporting requirements re: events/incidents to ensure compliance with applicable contractsAssist clinical leads with compliance areas as needed i.e. CQC, etc.Work w/ other members of the compliance team in other countries (DE, CH, FR) as needed re: global compliance topics i.e. medical device regulations, etc.***you will have support from the Head of Legal/others as needed so you do not need to be an expert in all areas listed here, but the more you are familiar with, the better.The Ideal candidateHave worked in compliance role before in healthcare organisation (UK preferred)Want to join an exciting, rapidly growing healthtech company and make it even betterBetter than average attention to detail & diligenceProactive to learn things you don’t know, but not too shy to ask questions when necessary (you will be supported)Good communication & organisational skillsData Protection Officer (DPO) experience preferred, but not requiredOur OfferThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in revolutionising healthcare in the UKA comprehensive wellbeing programmeExciting and rewarding role in high-growth environmentTraining and development opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAnnual salary reviewsFlexible workingCompetitive Salary25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 daysCompany pensionRegular team socials*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:8 hour shift
