Description : Picsart is looking for a Corporate Strategy and Development Analyst. As a member of the Corporate Strategy & Development team, you’ll work collaboratively across functions (including Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering) to identify, evaluate, and negotiate both acquisition and strategic investment opportunities in an effort to drive innovation and sustain long-term growth for Picsart. Additionally, you’ll help keep the team up-to-date on the rapidly evolving creative tech industry landscape, and provide the team with the needed insight to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Management, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other Business Unit leadership in strategy formulation, deal sourcing and origination, financial analysis and valuation, negotiation and execution.
Research industry trends and competitive landscape.
Help identify and assess strategic opportunities and build relationships with companies in the creative tech space.
Liaise with major investment banks and leaders in the venture capital and angel community.
Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed to further drive strategic initiatives and contribute to refining the corporate development playbook.
Required qualifications:
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Excellent communications skills, work ethic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate cross-functionally at all organization levels.
Possess a bias for action.
Experience in creative tech, SaaS, and related.
Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
Ability to be self-motivated, results-driven, and excellent attention to detail
High intellectual curiosity.
