As a Barclays Cryptography Service Delivery Manager, you will take charge of the ATP function to include personnel management coaching and development. You will also monitor operational service management for a number of critical business facing services) and associated risk, compliance and governance management for the in scope services. This will be the ideal role for you to showcase your team management and project delivery management experience.

What will you be doing?
• Managing the Cryptographic infrastructure to include Out of Hours Support processes, ITIL standards and On-Call provision
Management of the problem, Incident & Change Management including root cause identificationManaging projects, including liaising with project managers, agreeing expectations and driving projects through to delivery for Automation of servicesMonitoring the health of services that are automated or assigned to appropriate people within the team to ensure that any service outages or problems proactively managedTaking charge in improving operational processes within the team and servicesCompleting regular service reviews to improve efficiency, taking input from reviews of metrics and SLAs and team feedbackManaging staff, setting goals, continuous improvement, coaching and development
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Performance Management experience
Team Management and project delivery management experiencePrevious management of Risk, Audit and Compliance requirementsExcellent maintenance of Roadmaps and schedules of change
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Digital certificate (PKI) usage experience. Experience in Certificate principles and Key management principles including implementation
Windows / Unix Server platform knowledge including, design, build and implementation covering network configurationCloud experience (service delivery)CISSP, CISM or other associated Cyber security qualification
