Description : We are currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor on a 15-hour contract for our York store to deliver exceptional customer service in conjunction with the digital journey and to achieve your KPI’s, including fittings and data capture.Hotter was set up in 1959 and we’ve been designing and making footwear ever since. Our App is the first in its class to offer augmented reality and digital sizing so our customers can size, try on and buy our shoes literally anywhere.Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership: Deliver exceptional customer serviceAchieve your data capture targets by demonstrating the use of the 3D Hotter Footprint, its benefits in terms of fitting, email capture and confidently overcoming objectionsAchieve and demonstrate excellent product knowledge through completion of the e- learning programmes and other training materials availableAssist in the efficient operation of stock management and support stock operational processesObserve all processes around health and safetyComplete other additional duties required by the needs of the business including opening and closing the store when requiredAbility to work flexible hours as required by the businessAvailability to support in other stores if requiredRepresent Hotter and promote its brand image through all activitiesAbide by all company policies regarding social media, GDPR and PCISkills, Know-How and Experience: Essential: Confident in the use of digital processes including the use of iPads, interactive technology, and payment methodsFriendly and helpful approach with customers and colleaguesAbility to engage with different types of peoplePassion for learning about our products and sharing that knowledge with customersAbility to recognise sales opportunities and maximise salesIdentify opportunities to boost sales from selling additional productsDrive to complete your tasks in a timely, efficient and effective mannerAbility to multi-task and handle the pressure of a busy dayProactive approach to own training and development, keeping yourself updated with new styles and promotionsKey Performance Indicators: Achieve all specified targets in sales, shoe care, accessories and conversion.Positive customer feedback100% attendance recordJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 15 per weekSalary: £8.72-£8.91 per hourBenefits:Employee discountSick payStore discountsSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availability
