Description : This role will provide you with the opportunity to drive the management and implementation of our digital analytics program, delivering actionable insights to support the planning, measurement and evolution of our European marketing strategy. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders you will contribute to the definition, ongoing development and optimisation of our analytics framework to help underpin the achievement of our user experience, digital marketing and wider marketing goals.

Core Responsibilities
Become a SME on our marketing data – understanding our key data sources in their most granular format. Understand the SQL to extract data and the relationships between the key underlying tables and data sources to answer questions from business partners
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that KPIs are effectively defined and implemented across all of our digital touchpoints
Provide support to the European channel marketing teams for ad-hoc reporting, queries, campaign tracking and solving issues.
Enable self-service – using our data infrastructure and visualisation tools to build automated self-service tools to empower ‘non-technical’ teams across the business to access the data sources they need.
Build and manage report suites to cover auditing to ensure accuracy and completeness of data, development and maintenance of dashboards and identifying practical recommendations based on user data.
Manage website tagging and associated processes in conjunction with the Global Enterprise Tag Management team.
Test all new site launches to ensure that tags have been effectively implemented, providing pre and post launch testing evidence and testing changes to existing eVars, sProps or data layers.
Use analytics to identify new user journeys as well as optimising existing user journeys the business has identified. This type of work will also be critical to better understand the results of A/B testing and personalisation.
Undertaking periodic website audits, documentation and inventory of all pages and associated tags.
Work closely with the Data Lake team to ensure tags and analytical data is passing optimally between Adobe and the Data Lake and troubleshooting as needed.
Skills:
SQL: advanced data extraction, wrangling and formatting. Experience with Hadoop framework (particularly querying using Hive & Presto) is preferable but not essential.
Python / R – proficient in at least one open-source programming language particularly in application to statistical analysis.
Visualisation: the role requires supporting teams to get value from our data, a key part of which will be surfacing and visualising data for non-technical users. Tableau preferable.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Qualifications:
Minimum three years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a data or analytical field.
