Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively sourcing relevant candidates
Registering candidates onto our database ensuring they are processed and coded correctly
Developing and managing the candidate database to maximise revenue opportunities
Being fully conversant with candidate generating systems i.e., LinkedIn
Maintaining regular contact with key candidates
Ensuring candidates are regularly cleansed and updated as appropriate
Generating leads for the sales teams
Strategically reviewing and implementing methods to source candidates
Liaising with marketing and management to devise candidate generation campaigns and events
Attending events to promote the company
Attending job briefings
Liaising with the Sales Consultant(s) to submit candidates for vacancies
Arranging interviews
Providing interview feedback
Submitting candidates to clients in line with process and service level agreements
Attending client review meetings
Producing KPI reporting in line with service level agreements
Networking with all contacts
Cross selling all our business lines
Support the team by cross selling and sharing relevant information across teams
To self-manage and set personal daily goals and objectives
