Job Description
The right candidate will possess a strong combination of online marketing experience, analytical prowess, technical aptitude, and business savvy. Typical responsibilities include:
Develop and execute strategies for driving scalable revenue from our marketing spend across Facebook, Google AdWords, Apple App Store ads, and other major advertising channels for our entire suite of products (mobile apps & desktop apps)
Aggregate, organize, and synthesize large amounts of data to drive the decision making process
Daily management and analysis of budget and spend across all advertising platforms to devise ways of spending more efficiently and ensure overall ad spend is on target
Develop, create and curate content for digital marketing campaigns.
Work with product and analytics teams to optimize the allocation of spend across different product categories and advertising platforms
Ideate and execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with other channel managers and teams across the company
Design, optimize, and test the highest yield combinations of inventory, audience, offer, creative, and landing page, using advanced bidding strategies to identify high ROI opportunities
Ongoing optimization of the current Facebook campaigns in accordance with predefined KPIs
Collect and analyze data related to Facebook campaigns. Assist in identifying appropriate Facebook opportunities for specific business needs, and tailor campaigns to the target audience
Conduct keyword research and selection for Apple App Store and AdWords bidding
Use advanced bidding strategies to maximize the effectiveness for Apple App Store and AdWords campaigns
Set up, manage and constantly optimizing up pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google Search, Google Display Partners, and Google Mobile Ads
Drive expansion to new advertising opportunities, from identification to experimentation to scale
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA / Degree in Marketing or related area
4+ years of digital marketing experience
2+ years managing online marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google AdWords, Apple App Store ads and other Display advertising systems
Experience in PPC advertising, performance advertising, lead generation, and/or user acquisition
Experience working with or within an organization that has multiple product lines with multiple target segments
Keen aptitude for improving campaign performance using solid test & control fundamentals, data analysis, and identifying key business opportunities in the data
Experience applying rigorous, financially-rooted decision-making to guide development, optimization, and business efforts
Experience optimising mobile digital marketing campaigns
Experience working with mobile tracking technologies, as well as Excel and Tableau
Experience in both prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple initiatives across multiple products
Creative problem solver that is able to analyze data and find actionable solutions
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Must be able to suggest changes and implement improvements
Proven ability to achieve results against set objectives in a fast moving, dynamic environment
Self-motivated and self-directed; however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people
Strong communication and team-oriented; comfortable interacting with senior managers and engineers
Is able to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing environment
Enthusiasm for learning
