Description : Univision is seeking a data-driven, solutions-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for participating in the strategy, trafficking, implementation, optimization and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital and social platforms in their respective UI’s (Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Programmatic DSP, etc.). Primary campaign goals, (but are not limited to): increase awareness of primetime TV priorities to drive TV viewership, increase app downloads, and grow email subscriber base.
The successful candidate will understand how to build a winning campaign and launch from start to end. This individual must have great attention to detail, be proactive, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas. To be considered you must have experience in digital media buying such as paid social, digital, programmatic and search marketing.
Job Responsibilities
Spearhead development of media plans and strategy of assigned campaigns by finding synergies with multiplatform dept. and research data to support tactics
Serve as an expert and execute in Digital Paid Media platforms/technologies (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Smartsheet)
Understand social media/digital metrics; interpret the results as it relates to main KPI’s and make real-time optimizations to increase effectiveness of paid media campaigns
Implement a test and learn processes to improve efficiency and drive growth . Including , but not limited to ad copy, audiences, keywords, bid strategies, and creative testing
Create VPAID, VAST and 1×1 tags within Google Campaign Manager to traffic all campaigns
Serve as knowledge expert and consultant across the organization on behalf of the Digital Marketing department
Submit creative requests and work with internal design teams to produce display, social media, video, rich media ads
Increase campaign performance through real-time daily optimizations, and shift budgets according to overall campaign performance
Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Kochava, etc. to perform in-depth analysis of conversions goals
Aide in daily reporting and campaign presentations leveraging in-house business intelligence tools
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Present digital media plans to leadership
Update budget trackers in real-time and track pacing of all campaign spend
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in full execution of Paid Media buys
Must be fluent in both English AND Spanish; reading/writing
Strong project and time management skills
Experience with Google Campaign Manager or similar Ad Server
Basic understanding of Google Analytics
Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, story-telling and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times
Desired Skills
Knowledge of digital research tools such as comScore, Nielsen, etc. to inform media planning
Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence tool
Experience executing campaigns with the focus of driving tune-in/TV viewership
