What You’ll Do:
Description: Responsible for overseeing and developing the Cognitive Behavioral Coaching department including, hiring, evaluation and scheduling. Develop, plan and implement strategies to improve Calm member outcomes while effectively managing the cost of care. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.
Supervise and oversee all aspects of the Cognitive Behavioral Coaching department following the Calm clinical strategy
Working with the Chief Clinical Officer to create departmental OKR’s
Ensure compliance, monitoring and reporting to ensure all goals are being met
Hiring, supervision, evaluation, scheduling, promotion, and corrective action of FTE’s and contractors within the department
Represent Calm in the community, corporate and sales environments
Regularly review and recommend changes in program services to improve member outcomes while lowering the cost of care
Initiate, implement and monitor compliance with evidence based practices in partnership with the Clinical Organizational and Development department
Work with other members of the clinical management team to assure successful communication and coordination between all Calm programs, and participate in strategic planning
Recruitment of Cognitive Behavioral Coaches in partnership with the Calm recruiting team
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer
Who You Are:
Licensed Therapist with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and its application to Cognitive Behavioral Coaching
Three to five years of progressively responsible program management experience
Demonstrated people leadership of large mental health team (i.e., 100 person plus provider teams)
Deep expertise in digital/virtual behavior change solutions
Proven experience understanding and demonstrated ability to manage the cost of care of providers
Deep experience and confidence identifying and implementing the evidence based practices of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral coaching, and mindfulness based stress reduction
Experience working in creating and implementing crisis protocols
Strong organizational skills and public speaking abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills, especially using G Suite and EMR’s
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally at Calm
