Position Description:
francesca’s is looking for an analytical, action-oriented and resourceful Ecommerce Manager for the Franki business who will report to the VP of Ecommerce. The Ecommerce Manager will drive ecommerce sales and margin performance on a daily basis while developing and implementing initiatives to ensure that the www.frankishop.com site delivers the best shopping experience for customers and aligns with brand and marketing strategies across all channels. You will be responsible for all site catalog and content execution, site merchandising and user experience optimization. Additionally, you will develop the site calendar in close partnership with cross-functional departments and lead execution on-site and cross-functionally. You must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across francesca’s and franki.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Franki Ecommerce business to achieve sales, margin and customer engagement targets.
Lead development, implementation and ongoing optimization of a brand-enhancing, compelling and converting end-to-end customer experience from customer attraction and conversion, to retention and advocacy.
Develop and manage an ecommerce calendar and roadmap and partner with Merchandising, Planning and Marketing to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Maintain and iterate robust analytical reporting and metrics, including both product selling and site behavior, to recommend actions to maximize growth opportunities and conversion.
Partner with Marketing to ensure compelling and consistent messaging throughout the customer journey and that all digital marketing initiatives are set up for success.
Recommend, implement and maintain accountability for site enhancements to improve customer experience.
Manage a cross-functional effort to deliver against brand awareness, customer experience and established sales goals.
Analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of information into clear, concise presentations and plans for both technical and non-technical staff & executives.
Oversee site merchandising, ensuring it has a fresh representation of product, balancing new arrivals & best sellers.
Partner with Merchandising/Planning to maintain proper inventory management, including sales to stock ratio balance.
Specific Responsibilities:
Site Content, Catalog Merchandising and Promotions
Manage and execute day-to-day site merchandising, including all catalog and content management, based on analysis of ecommerce KPI, customer insights and input from Merchandising, Planning and Marketing.
Execute all price changes, promotions and commercial actions in close alignment with Planning and Merchandising.
Use Google Analytics, Sales and Profitability reporting to gain actionable analytical insights.
Partner with Planning and Merchandising to maintain appropriate sell through and merchandising, forecasting of new product launches/seasonal launches and promotional strategies .
Surface any needed shifts in merchandising and promotional strategies, partnering cross-functionally to reach consensus.
Closely study and keep current with online competition and digital and e-commerce best practices to evaluate new functionality for site.
User Experience and Site Development
Collaborate with Creative, IT and Ecommerce Development to maintain development roadmap in conjunction with external and internal technical resources.
Promote and execute best in class online user experience methodologies to drive engagement and conversion.
Work with Operations on managing logistics and customer care.
Skills and Requirements:

4+ years experience in an Ecommerce management role, fashion brand experience preferred .
Outstanding analytical skills to lead and deliver exceptional online experience, optimize ROI, and identify cause-and-effect relationships that boost customer lifetime value.
Strong understanding of UX and CRO.
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo preferred and extensive experience required with Google Analytics or comparable site analytics tool.
A self-directed individual that knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.
