Position: Ecommerce Shift Manager
Location: Birmingham – Selfridges
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 days from 7 Rotational shifts between 6am – Midnight
Closing Date: 11/01/2021

Run Pre-shift meetings
Health and Safety Walk and have relevant conversations
Communicate with onsite agency representative
Review and manage absence
Check productivity levels for colleagues and communication with FLM’s the results
Communicating with senior management regularly
Update the figures for the retail Dashboard
Complete 1-2-1`s
Review and manage data
Sign off labour plan with planning manager
Completing and checking of handovers
