Description : Tasks
1) Responsible for purchasing process of non-production & packaging materials.
2) Select suppliers and document sourcing decision to ensure compliant processes.
3) Negotiate and contract with suppliers (e.g. prices, incoterms and payment terms, Quality Assurance Agreements) as well as issuing purchase order.
4) Perform supplier development, Evaluation, release and support in supplier auditing (including controlling and evaluation of supplier measures).
5) Able to handle QMS Activities.
Qualifications
1. Having experience around 4~5 years in Indirect Purchase.
2. Should be Diploma / Graduate in Engineering.
3. Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
4. Knowledge of MS Office.
5. Fluent in communication.
6. Purchasing policies, systems and processes.
