Description : Events & Volunteer Engagement CoordinatorBased in central Oxford, we are seeking an efficient and accurate administrator to arrange a busy schedule of talks, dinners, reunions and networking events in Oxford, around the UK, overseas, and online for former students of all ages. You will need to be organised, good at planning, calm under pressure, and have good communication skills. We are looking for excellent event management and customer relations skills. You will need to be confident with and willing to learn to work with a variety of software packages.Part of the University of Oxford, Brasenose College is a small community of students (many of whom live on site), academics, and staff. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Alumni Relations and Development Office which lies at the heart of the College and was established to promote good relationships between the College and its former students (alumni) and to raise funds in support of the College’s educational and research objectives.The appointment, which is pensionable, will be made equivalent to the University Scale Grade 4 (£22,847 – £26,341 pa) depending on previous related experience.
