Description : Screenmedia is looking for a Digital Experience Strategy Lead to join our growing team.
This is a client-facing consultancy role, which provides a real opportunity for the right person to define and deliver cutting edge digital products in an energetic, inspiring and innovative agency environment.
To be successful in this role, you will bring together a perfect blend of commercial, creative and technical skills, to play a major role in both winning and delivering work. You will confidently lead our clients through the discovery and solution design stages of a project, and have proven experience in shaping the product vision, eliciting business requirements and user needs, defining digital solutions, developing strategic roadmaps and taking full product ownership through both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
Closely collaborating with our user experience design, creative and technical delivery teams, you’ll have responsibility for steering our clients and project teams through all stages of the product lifecycle with authority.
The role
As a Digital Experience Strategy Lead, you will have a varied role, and the opportunity to contribute to several key areas within our business, including:
Lead the definition and planning of new and existing digital products for a wide range of clients
Plan and run client discovery workshops with client teams and senior stakeholders.
Undertake business, user and solution analysis and research to identify, shape and define business and user requirements.
Produce written requirements specifications and visual outputs to articulate the product vision and detailed solution requirements (business, user, creative, content, functional and technical).
Develop, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog, epics, and user stories in consultation with clients.
Direct and manage our User Experience and User Interface Designers in the translation of the product requirements into the UX/UI solution design.
Direct and manage our Technical Architects and development teams in the articulation of the functional and technical solution specifications.
Maintain strong client relationships and product ownership throughout the full delivery phase of the project, ensuring the successful launch of high quality, high impact solutions for our clients.
Develop relationships and new propositions for clients
Maximise commercial opportunities by developing strong client relationships.
Work with clients to uncover and understand new opportunities.
Develop clear account and product roadmaps for designated client accounts.
Write and deliver client proposals and quotes in response to client briefs.
Ideate, develop, and proactively pitch new ideas to clients.
Help win new clients, uncover new opportunities and build our market position
Attend new business meetings and pitches on an expert consultancy basis.
Support the creation of new business pitches and proposals.
Support our marketing team to evolve and communicate our company and service propositions
About you
To be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (eg. product owner, digital planner/strategist, digital consultant, business analyst), on complex digital transformation or digital innovation projects.
the ability to work independently with clients and stakeholders at senior and c-suite level to understand their business.
the experience and confidence to translate client requirements in to appropriate and practical product solutions.
an understanding of what creates an excellent customer experience, and how this translates into success for businesses.
an understanding of Design Thinking, and the User Experience Design process so you can capably direct and manage the UX Design team.
an understanding of web, app and voice technologies so you can capability direct and manage the Technical Delivery team.
strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

Salary and benefits

Estimated £50K to £60K depending on experience
