SCOPE OF ROLE:
This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and an aptitude for writing and grammar. Alongside an interest in fashion, they must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. A basic understanding of SEO and online merchandising would be beneficial but is not essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Admin:
Responsible for efficiently loading products to the website and meeting product deadlines.
Ensuring that all product information is up to date including price and technical details.
Ensuring all products are attributed across the navigation categories and subcategories to optimise sales both for the website and the app.
Up to date with products and competitor activity to make sure trends and collection are current and performing to KPIs and all trends are kept up to date with the latest product.
Update and maintain the delivery list to ensure any changes to the delivery process are dealt with and priority product is always being worked on.
Raise any web glitches and suggesting changes to make sure that we are optimising sales and website performance.
Online Visual Merchandising:
Ensuring that all product categories are SEO/user friendly and that all the URLS are correct.
Apply mix and match, colours available and completing build the outfit so products can be easily navigated between on the product pages of the site and maximising sales.
Optimisation
Work closely with the SEO team to optimise content production to maximise SEO trends and topics. Keep content ahead of other key fashion competitors.
Optimise product content for the marketplaces ensuring that all specifications are met and loaded to deadline, improve ranking and therefore sales.
Producing SEO friendly product and banner copy and ensuring that it meets the brands tone of voice.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A-Level or equivalent in English Language
Basic knowledge of SEO would be beneficial but is not essential
Understanding of usability and user experience online
Basic IT skills required
