At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. We are the world’s #1 app for fighting food waste. We work with thousands of restaurants and food retailers to make their surplus food available to local consumers. The magic of Too Good To Go has been expanding rapidly across Europe and now also the US, with over 113 million meals saved across 17 countries to date.
We are growing quickly and looking for an exceptional Global Internal Communications Manager to work alongside our Global Head of Internal Communications. You will work to strengthen the Internal Communications function and create excellent communications that maintain our brand, internally.
The role can be located in London, Paris, Madrid or Copenhagen.
Your mission
We’re looking for someone who can define and deliver great internal communications that champion our culture and elevate our brand. Working seamlessly between our Management, People & Culture and Brand Marketing teams.
Your role
You define and deliver internal communications campaigns and communications with clear and measurable objectives
You create compelling content and copy that works across a variety of channels and tools (including live/hybrid events, digital/social and video)
You maintain high levels of engagement, ensuring our internal language and communications are in line with our brand and values
You partner with colleagues and leaders (functional and geographic) from across the business on employee communications and engagement
You have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, stay calm under pressure and work with a wide variety of internal partners
You work with our DEI taskforce to provide the support they need to develop in alignment with the Global DEI strategy
You work with our P&C leadership team to provide the support they need around Learning and Development, B Corp and the employee experience
You support and manage an employee advocate network across markets
You’re a stickler for evaluating the impact of your work and the delivery of our brand promise, which is to make our people proud of being Waste Warriors
Requirements
Good level of communications experience, in house or agency side. A combination of HR and Communications experience is a big plus
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
The ability to think autonomously, challenge established wisdom and work well cross functionally
A deep understanding of ‘engagement’ and how to achieve it internally
An entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent written and oral communications skills – full professional proficiency in English
The confidence and skills to deal with people at all levels of the organization
A commitment to embrace and advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion
A people person who loves to inspire those around
Willing to travel if needed
