Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Head role in commercial sales for North/East Region i.e J&K, Kolkata, Punjab, Patna & Jaipur.
This position will work closely with the Managing Director, and understands the GAPs, conduct study and execute the defined strategy to liquidate the inventory also manage the team of Commercial.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.).
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
Hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of commercial.
Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the team members are receiving, educating and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.
Ensuring all the employees are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
Preparing reports and analyzing employee data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Authorizing replacements or refunds.
Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and operations.
Identifying projects road-blocks and giving solution to clients to remove the road-blocks.
Provide training to in-house team about products of the company.
Evaluate performance with key metrics.

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
Decisiveness and attention to detail.
Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
Self-driven with a go getter attitude.
