The Role:
Inspire your team to deliver the owners vision, to bring a unique and immersive dining experience to our guests
Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as Seven rooms and Opentable and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience
Adapt your style to different situations and different customer requirements
Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail to our guests throughout their time at Tattu
Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
