Description : As the Head of Social and Display Marketing, you would play a vital role in both the strategy and planning of our social marketing and display program, currently a key paid channel in driving revenue for YOOX NET-A-PORTER. The role will report into the Media Director, supporting them by managing a YNAP first team to grow the media marketing contribution and build a seamless cross brand strategy. You will work across all global Social Media and Display partners, supporting the creation/optimisations of new/existing accounts, as well as lead on testing and reporting objectives alike. Key tasks will include overseeing budget, reviewing/improving current strategies and supporting Media Director as a key contact to the wider business.

Role and responsibility:
Global YNAP lead for Paid Social and Display marketing overseeing budget management for all activities
Lead the management of a full funnel approach including upper funnel executive and strategy and execution for mid and lower funnel activities
Accountable for the channels sales and growth targets for YNAP globally
Serve as Global Media marketing expert translating YNAP Business strategy into a localised channel approach based on day to day market observations
Applying a cross brand approach to the global strategy whilst leveraging individual brand strengths
Lead Paid Social Always on & Brand campaign focused strategy and support in strategic development across paid social, video & display formats
Oversee day to day communication, monitoring and optimisation of media budgets at a global level
Define global KPI frameworks and measurement plans for all Brand and Always On activations based on multiple data sources and historical performance
Lead on day to day relationship with key external partners/platforms ensuring constant innovating media execution
Identify key performance levers for each YNAP Brand and apply learnings across regional activations
Develop best practice for content and creative distribution, optimisation using data led approach and customer insights
Keep up to speed with brand media trends across all the channels and markets and explore new products and features through testing
Manage App Campaigns across platforms
Ensure effective communication across internal teams and across the external stakeholders & platform partners

Driving efficiencies through tough negotiation
Building strong relationships with strategic publishers

Understand and analyze KPIs by channel, device and country
Liaise with senior stakeholders internally within the Digital Marketing Agency and more broadly within individual brands
Be the primary contact for the Media Director and YNAP MD’s on Affiliate strategy and delivery
Liaise with key heads of department across Brand Marketing, site trading and data to ensure there is a consistent message across channel and regions
Be the primary contact with buying and merchandising to leverage stock position and trading insights
Foster relationships with top strategic publishers
Working with social network representatives to get a well-rounded view of industry trends and analyse performance
Deliver in depth analysis to understand performance beyond top line metrics and the Affiliate channel
Align Global strategy with Regional marketing managers
Reporting to: Digital Media Director

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
