Description : Hi, we’re Kitt – we solve something nobody else does, and is rather painful: finding, designing and managing the perfect office space for companies to thrive. You don’t want to be in a co-working space, nor do you want to sign a 10 year lease so you ask Kitt to help you find the right mid-term space, design it the way you want, build it and then make sure everything works smoothly once you’ve moved in. And we do this by delighting customers.
The Role
Reporting in to our CEO, you’ll be responsible for managing and building a team focused on solving the pain for tenants to find, design and manage their office space. Whilst revenue growth is your north-star metric, and being able to lead a team and implement the right kind of sales processes, we’re really looking for someone who more than anything knows how to delight customers.
In the long run, you’ll have 4 teams under you:
Business Development: creating direct-to-tenants opportunities
Sales: closing sales with leasing and transaction managers
Marketing: elevating the brand amongst tenants and brokers, generating leads
Real Estate: supply meets demands at all time
And you will be:
Owning the UK’s entire sales strategy and ensuring we hit our revenue growth targets by delighting customers first and foremost
Leadership of the sales and marketing team including hiring, training and performance management
Developing a data-driven approach to decision making with a strong sales ops function, providing management with transparent information to progress our growth
Raising the profile of Kitt within the commercial property industry, and educating tenant agents and brokers about the Kitt proposition to generate leads.
Getting into the weeds of the sales process, from making our tours convert better with clients needs being well understood through to managing the transaction team so deals are well constructed and timely
About you
You have proven success in leading and managing a team
A clear passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, and an ability to coach others to do the same
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
Very comfortable using technology and applying technical solutions to problem solving
Ability to prioritise effectively, and an understanding of the right strategic priorities for a business of our stage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth scale up environment, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the day to day sales during busier periods.

Interview Process
The interview process for this role will include 3 stages:
45min Initial Screening Phone Call with our Talent Acquisition Team
1h Zoom call with Ruben Kostucki (interim CRO)
30min Office tour with leasing manager and Steve Coulson (CEO & Co-Founder) followed by a 1h interview with Steve
1h Interview with Lucy Minton (COO & Co-Founder) and Joseph Mishon (Head of Expansion)
