Hospitality Assistant :
Responsible for the execution of London office-based client events, including firm-led events and hosted events
Working to and ensuring others adhere to best practice/processes for London office hospitality service delivery.
Liaising with different departments and clients to deliver full events requirement, such as room set up, catering, per the best practice processes and timeline
Greeting clients/organizers as needed per event
Deliver best in class service

Thrive on delivering excellent customer service
Experience of delivering Tea, coffee and biscuit trays, drinks receptions, canape events and in room dining
Excellent Customer Service skills
Good organisational skills
