Job Description

Human Resources plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing people strategies, using the latest in data analytics and technology to deliver industry-leading services. This includes Talent Acquisition, Training, Talent Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery.
The HR Business Advisor for Markets, Sales and Research, and Securities Services, EMEA works with senior business leaders, regional leadership, and HR partners globally to develop and execute strategic priorities that drive the business forward. The role encompasses both Global and Regional leadership elements. They are an integral and active member of the management teams for their aligned global clients, as well as the senior HRBA in region with accountability for leading all relevant initiatives. The position reports to the Head of HR for Markets, Sales and Research, and Securities Services.
Responsibilities will include:
Lead implementation of people agenda initiatives and efforts for multiple sub Lines of Business
Advise business leadership on long-term strategic, and day-to-day human capital matters
DEI – leverages the DEI efforts across JPMC to ensure the right focus and execution. Partners with the Head of the Business to ensure all Diversity Goals are achieved.
Executive Coaching – Advising and counseling Sr. leaders on sophisticated organizational, leadership and people matters
Culture Development – Partner with Sr. leaders to drive organizational culture in line with business principles
Data and Analytics – Analyze processes, data and trends to provide holistic insights and develop talent strategies to drive progress on business priorities
Oversight & Controls – Protect the firm and partner with business leaders and controls partners by providing objective advice and counsel on risk and people agenda matters
Relationship Management – Act as the Sr. relationship manager between the business and HR, bringing to bear all the appropriate HR assets in support of the business/people agenda. Be a champion of HR process change.
Regional Leadership – Serves as senior representative and escalation point to the business and regional HR team for all people priorities, and provides oversight, coaching, and support to Markets, Sales and Research, and Securities Services aligned HRBAs.
Skills and experiences:
Significant overall Human Resource experience (previous HR Business Advisor experience preferred)
Strong business acumen, strategic, transformational, innovative, and proactive mind-set
Ability to translate business strategies into people strategies and priorities.
Executive presence with strong written communication skills.
Excellent consulting, influencing and negotiation skills. Skilled at coaching and developing others, particularly leaders. Able to quickly size up a complex people/business situation, sort through the facts, develop alternatives and make sound recommendations. Understands when to escalate. Challenges clients to question assumptions and think through problems.
Exceptional judgment and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style.
Critical thinking and strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills that enable individual to leverage data to make data driven decisions and create HR strategies that support and drive business results.
Proven capability to work successfully across a large, global organization with multiple constituents, leveraging a matrixed organization to problem solve, design, and execute people priorities.
Able to partner with colleagues to influence broader HR strategies and practices for the benefit of the organization.
Demonstrated success maintaining a risk, controls and conduct agenda and providing insight to clients to assess issues/potential risks and recommends actions.
Proven track record in objectively coaching employees and management through complex, difficult issues and mitigating risks.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, team-based culture.
Intellectual curiosity with ability to challenge the status quo.
Proven change management, project management and project execution skills.
