Description : My client, a successful plant hire business, is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to develop and maintain the Company’s Human Resource systems, test and implement upgrades and produce regular management reports
RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly monitor data input into the HR System (Resourcelink) to ensure integrity and consistency and highlight anomalies to Head of HR
Maintain organisation and reporting structure
Project manage, test and implement new functionality
Develop and maintain the employee self-service portal (MyView)
Develop and maintain workflow solutions – e.g. starter and leaver notifications
Seek opportunities for service improvement and automation through use of HR systems
Maintain, develop and enhance HR reporting tools
Provide specialist technical support and advice to system users.
Test and implement system upgrades ensuring data transfer and functionality is not compromised
Interact with relevant stakeholders to ensure system issues are resolved in a timely manner
Create and maintain user guides
Provide reports to multiple parts of the business when required
Cover for Payroll Advisors during holidays/sickness and assist with input at peak times
Assist with other business system projects on an ad-hoc basis
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Extensive experience of developing and maintaining HR Systems including employee self- service portals.
Advanced level Excel
Experienced in Management Information Reporting systems (preferably Cognos)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Business/HR Analytics Experience of Resourcelink, Talentsoft and Cognos
WHAT’S ON OFFER?
£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
22 days’ holiday plus public holidays (31 days total), increasing annually and with the option to buy more
Biannual bonus
Contributory pension – 5% personal, 4% company
Hybrid working (approx 3 days / 2 day split)
