We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the HR team who are dedicated to supporting our Jaguar Land Rover contract.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
To support the implementation of the HR strategy across the account.
Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to identify business led HR solutions that deliver improved performance and/or commercial benefit.
Provide leadership support on the people aspects of business plans and provide input on people, organisational and business issues delivering HR excellence across operating locations.
Provide HR workstream support to large scale change programmes as required across the account including implementation of new initiatives, systems, introducing new processes, etc.
To support HR teams with the development of annual HR priorities and programmes, linked to regional and customer priorities
Ensure compliance & provide central coordination for various corporate and account programmes and processes.
Focus on HR continuous & process improvement to drive on-going efficiency & improved HRQS results

Excellent change management and project management skills
Project delivery of HR plans
An ability to creatively use change management tools and techniques
Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of change management processes & tools
Capable of building cross-functional collaborative relationships
Strong commercial awareness and customer understanding
Good grasp of UK employment law
Experience of matrix management
