We are seeking to appoint an experienced professional to deliver an efficient day to day HR service, liaising with the employee relations and payroll departments at Birmingham City Council as caseload requires.
The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified/experienced. Experience of HR operations within a school setting is preferred but not essential.
The role requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to blend warmth and support for colleagues at all stages in their employee journey with a firm and fair approach to upholding the school’s high standards. The successful candidate will be clear-thinking, calm in the face of competing deadlines and have an eye for detail.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
