This role will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and scheduling software demonstrations. Leads will be provided; most of your time will be spent prospecting the leads.Products are B2B software products for small to medium-sized businesses. We currently have software for Payroll, Background/Drug Testing Reports, App Builder, CRM, and Talent Assessment software. We will be adding more software to the business. The position has the possibility to grow into a Leadership role with sales professionals reporting to you.Required Skills & Tools1. This is a 1099 contractor position working from home, you will need your own computer, phone, and internet service (internet speed that supports video streaming).2. Self-motivated, personable, aggressive, energetic, and creative.3. Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs, and determine how we can help them achieve their business goals.4. Prior Experience in a quota drive self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium clients.5. Technologically savvy; comfortable with cloud-based solutions and able to apply technology to help a small business grow.6. Ability to interface with executives and small business owners.7. Self-source mentality with drive to identify and close on opportunities.8.
