Description : As Internal Comms. Manager, the role will be responsible for conceptualizing, formulating and driving new initiatives within internal communications targeted at the employees of CLIENT North America. This person will be responsible for setting up and driving new mediums/channel for internal comms, namely mobile app, video, podcast and “One CLIENT” NA channel.This person will have to collaborate with corporate Internal comms. team to leverage their experiences and successful initiatives and make them contextual to the North American employee base.As a Internal Comms manager, this role will:Drive initiatives to engage the NA employee base which is multi-generational and diverse.Ensure that all initiatives are aligned to the CLIENT Brand identity.Ensure that all initiatives are designed towards positioning CLIENT brand and the CLIENT people as strategic growth and Transformational partner.Ensure that all creatives generated within the aegis of internal comms in NA or for NA requirements gets uploaded in EDAM and are tagged appropriately.Responsible for generation of on-brand, relevant, high quality Internal comms creatives for all channels in NA.Build and maintain a robust qualitative and quantitative measurement process to drive impact creation through Internal comms assets.Skills and AttitudeWe are looking for individuals who are creative and inquisitive with passion for excellence and aspire to work in teams that not only challenge them but also invest in their professional development.
