We are dopay, fintech innovators and creators of the virtual banking platform that enables any business to pay their team electronically and remove cash from their payroll process.

What are we solving for?
Globally, 200 million companies still pay their employees in cash. And around 1.7 billion people with jobs have no access to even a simple bank account. Why? Because they typically do not earn enough to be seen as viable customers by regular banks. At dopay we provide businesses with the ability to pay their unbanked workers electronically, using pre-paid cards. Instead of being tied to cash, they can now access their wages via ATMs, or use their cards to make purchases in shops or online. Your Responsibilities
Translate business requirements, designs and wireframes into high quality code
Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable kotlin code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality
Write unit tests for best code coverage
Follow Test Driven Development and continuous integration
Requirements
3+ years working experience with iOS
Shipped and iterated on at least one app in the App Store
Full product lifecycle experience
Strong experience writing tests and working with code quality tools
A good sense for what delightful product experiences can look like on touch devices, based on knowledge iOS UI design principles, patterns and best practices.
An understanding of a broad range of iOS components and API’s
Good knowledge of Apple’s HCI guidelines and Material Design with a good sense for when to follow them and when it’s okay to step outside the box
Experience with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
Strong experience of iOS SDK, different versions of iOS, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Familiarity with push notifications
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
