Seize the opportunity to technically lead and work with a team of talented Product Development Engineers(PDE) who are responsible for providing robust, high-quality product releases to Consumer, IOT solutions to customers.
Team is responsible for Product Development Engineering activities and accountable to efficiently develop manufacturing screen to enable Product Release Qualification (PRQ) of the product.
As Technical Lead, you are required to create, define and develop systems and methods, test programs optimized for next generation SOC’s. Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions. Tests, validates, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities. Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Qualifications
This is a highly visible individual contributor technical leadership role.
You will be playing an exciting role to :Technically lead the team that is responsible for Developing/optimizing new test programs and test content for products and their use cases.
Work closely with design/DFT teams to comprehend ATE requirements, test time/fault coverage/data collection goals, and tester capabilities and limitations.
Collaborate with Design/DFT team and integration design teams to understand the design and functional-mode behaviors of the logic and circuits. Ensure DFT architecture meets DPM and Test time goals, debugging vectors/content on ATE, understanding shmoo results, statistical analysis and enabling production test.
Understand process variation, work with Fab team and design teams to meet yield goals within DPM requirements. Develop validation methodology against specification to meet customer requirement.
Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods. Proposing, documenting and implementing new or improved Test Methodologies and/or flows.
Enabling and validation of various DFT features such as Scan, MBIST, JTAG, BScan, analog DFT, etc. for Intel’s leading edge SoC designs post Si.
Developing HVM Reset sequence needed for manufacturing tests and enabling them on the HVM/Debug tester during early Si bring up phase by working closely with Design and Manufacturing PDE teams.
Preferred Skills and experience:Candidate should possess a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with about 12-18 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of DFT/DFD architectures and methodologies. This includes Scan, ATPG, Mbist, BScan, IO DFx, analog DFT, JTAG, Boundary scan, Fuse etc.Strong Si debug skills, ATE requirements and understanding of volume test requirements, enabling volume testing and enabling production for Intel’s leading edge products.
Demonstrated experience of device physics, circuits, statistics, and fabrication process. Previous experience on interfacing with Industry recognized Fabs and state of the art process technologies, Assembly, Test, and QnR.
Experience with HVM Power and Thermal requirements, BI content development and enabling, SICC and Power virus content development.
Knowledge of Verilog and System Verilog, RTL design and micro-architecture skills is a plus.
Strong debug skills and demonstrated experiences in Perl and TCL scripting.
Strong Communications skills and ability to effectively work with cross functional teams.
Proven track record showing technical team leadership/mentoring skills will be highly desired.
