Due to the growing breadth and scope of our work we are looking to evolve our data & analytics practice, and
are on the lookout for a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our team.
What you’ll do
Identify, validate and communicate actionable insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis, in
order to improve the performance of our clients’ businesses
Contribute to product optimisation programmes for these clients across a range of web, app and
digital transactional touchpoints
Interrogate the data and create recommendations for enhancement – from regular KPI dashboard
reports to “deep dives” into specific areas of interest. This could include path, funnel and journey
analysis as well as attribution analysis across channels and media
Help recommend, specify, configure and support the technical implementation of a range of analysis
tools from web and app reporting (such as GA 360, Firebase, GA4, etc.) to survey and session replay
tools.
Create data visualisation and reporting dashbardsImplement measurement plansGap analyses of existing client reporting implementations, with recommendations for their
enhancement
Set up and run A/B and multivariate testing activitiesSupport the lead data analyst in producing new data and analytics services and solutions
Who we are looking for
The person we are looking for will be someone who:
Has a passion for data and strong analytical and problem-solving skillsIs a team player who is willing to learn from colleagues on real projectsWants to develop and present compelling data-driven insights that resonate with stakeholders
Has a proactive approach to identifying interesting trends and offering suggestions for digital product
improvement
Is able to create reports that communicate clear, concise findings and recommendationsAbility to work independently and make sound analytical decisionsGood communication and presentation skillsHave good attention to detail and excellent quality of workIdeally, 1-2 years work experience within a digital/e-commerce environment, or a recent graduate
with analytics related qualification
Technical requirements:
Some experience of enterprise “web analytics” tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsAn understanding of tag management platforms and working conceptsHave an understanding or some experience in AB/MVT testingWillingness to learn other platforms as requiredGood Excel skills
