As a QA Test Analyst you will work closely with developers and all other disciplines in your cross-functional team in writing tests for both new and old features, benchmarking performance in the application, and ensuring the development of our company’s flagship application meets our own and our customers’ high standards.*What you will be doing*Becoming an expert on the products we build here at Flexciton, as well as developing a deep understanding of the day to day user experienceOutline “Acceptance Tests” which we would consider the pass criteria for the development of a given featureWork alongside the development team to ensure these tests are automated and added to an expanding regression test suite to maintain future quality of the applicationWorking across the engineering team to benchmark the performance of the application with the addition of new features, as well as working to tune the application to gain maximum performance from the features we already haveWork as part of the team to help improve the quality of everything they produceTaking the responsibility of providing the final stamp of approval on the features produced before they are shipped out to the client*What we are looking for*Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subjectStrong communication skillsDemonstrate both logical and lateral thinking in a fast paced environmentSomeone who can demonstrate strong business analyst skills and can prove they can work through a problemFamiliarity with Excel or other data manipulation toolsSoftware development experience would be a bonusBenefitsStock Options so when we make it big – so do you!L&D OpportunitiesWe are determined to continuously develop ourselves, our company and our teams.
