Minimum 2.5 years of experience into US Health and Welfare domain. Should be a quick learner. Understanding of SQL is a must. Should be willing to work in US shift hours as per client needs
Technical
Hands on knowledge on – SQL queries
Understanding of US Healthcare Domain
Must be strong at requirements analysis skills
Ability to understand, communicate, and resolve system issues
Capable and willing to troubleshoot and support solutions after go-live
Non Technical
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Should have experience of interacting with requirements analyst and understanding business requirements and convert into technical format
Capability to coordinate with the onshore to ensure time delivery of the reports
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment
