Description : Acorn is currently recruiting Machine Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis for our client based in St Helens.
The company specialise in the manufacture of wooden products.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Loading and feeding timber onto machinery.Machine programming and adjusting.Quality checking products on the line.Keeping machines supplied with materials and labels.Heavy lifting may be required.Keeping the work place clean and tidy.Other general factory and warehouse duties.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm totalling 42.5 per week
The rate of pay is dependant on job role but will be between £9.50 and £12.00 per hour after successful completion of a training period.
