The job purpose is to be responsible for meeting design & development objectives of all Web, Mobile and App development projects (e.g. delivering user interface designs and prototypes to specification, managing backend development, validating usability with testing, etc.).
Minimum 7-12 years’ work experience of Graphic, Web & Mobile User Interface Design & Development and/or digital project management and development.
Minimum Bachelor in Information Technology/ Information Services/ Computer Science
Master’s degree is a plus
Certifications such as e-TOM, BSCS, ISO, ITIL etc. is a plus
UX expertise including hands-on proficiency in problem solving, conceptualisation and analysis, wireframe design, information architecture, expert reviews/heuristic evaluation, collaborative design
Knowledge of various mobile application development frameworks (e.g. X-code, Android SDK etc.)
Peer reviews, able to give and receive constructive feedback on all UX deliverables
Familiarity with product development lifecycle
IA/UX Tools – Minimum intermediate level to visualise design concepts- e.g. OmniGraffle, Photoshop
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Documentation skills, compile clear specifications to designs where required
Resourcefulness, initiative and independence
