The Role
As the Marketing Campaign Analyst, working as part of the wider Analysis & Insights team within the Decision Intelligence division, you will become the trusted advisor to the Marketing and CRM teams; working to drive optimisation and growth by delivering customer based insights and strategies to realise business opportunities.
You’ll be working closely with our Product Marketing Managers, CRM team and Digital Analytics team to improve customer engagement and satisfaction across our customer-facing products such as our BCA Buyer app, BCA Partner Finance, AutosOnShow and Supreme Wheels. You will make recommendations from data analysis highlighting the “so what?” in order to understand customer behaviour and improve our marketing campaign effectiveness.
The position offers an exciting opportunity in a fast paced, growing, digital first company for an analyst looking to shape and lead our marketing campaign analysis approach, to learn new technical skills, expand their business knowledge and get to new levels of responsibility.
Focus areas for the role:
End to end analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drives strategic decisions.
Development of a marketing attribution model with the digital analytics team, to leverage channel performance for product adoption and sales growth.
Provide guidance to Product Marketing Managers on building best practice measurement of activity into campaign plans to drive continuous improvement.
Development of Marketing Campaign performance dashboards and reporting, agreeing priorities for refinement.
Modelling and analysis of customer funnels and behaviour changes. Comparing outbound campaign performance, digital web and mobile engagement with online purchasing behaviour – working with the digital analysis team.
Working with the research and customer facing teams to gain contextual insight on our customer experience.
You will build solutions using BCA’s Business Intelligence tools (Excel OLAP CUBEs, SQL Server, QlikView/Power BI and Salesforce). This role is supported by the Marketing, CRM, Data Integration, Data Science and Data Reporting teams and regularly collaborate with data analysts responsible for other areas of the business.
