Description : This role will provide digital, content and general marketing support to grow the business in the UK, working closely with the UK Managing Director, Global Marketing Chief and the Group Communications, Digital and Design teams. This is a high profile, hands-on role, essential to the continued growth and success of the business. You will have a lot of exposure and access to senior management (both UK and Group) and the autonomy and opportunity to define local application of Group marketing strategy as well as owning the marketing budget for the UK. You will represent the UK at senior level meetings so as well as being an experienced and innovative marketer you should be comfortable presenting to C-Suite, producing and delivering real-time data for discussion.Your innovation and resourcefulness will also allow you to be creative with the marketing budget ensuring value-for-money and maximum impact, driving value to our people and clients, enhancing the Leyton brand position and growing market share to help drive and support growth targets.Your main responsibilities will include:Strategic marketingDelivering market intelligence, keeping abreast of market news and trends, developing customer knowledge and defining appropriate customer segmentationDeveloping Leyton UK’s value proposition and USP in line with market: positioning, customer benefits etcWorking with the Head of Client Delivery to reduce client churn via regular communication touchpoints, CX etcProviding accurate analytics to the MD, Global Marketing Chief and other key internal stakeholders using Google and other internal analytical tools, along with a monthly analysis of the UK’s performanceElaborating a bi-annual marketing action plan in line with business objectivesEstablishing a loyalty plan based on customer journey improvement and managing customer satisfaction surveysDigital and contentOverseeing the implementation of optimised, customer-centric digital user journeys to increase engagement, lead conversion, and customer retention in the UKManaging the Leyton UK website updates and improvement including SEO strategy, implementation and performanceManaging and implementing integrated campaigns across our digital channels (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Display ads etc)Optimising these campaigns with the Group Digital team through data-driven analysis of previous performanceWorking closely with the managers of our Sales and Consulting teams to create and publish customer-centric, relevant and desirable content for all digital channels in both written and video formatCreating and driving a regular communication programme for clients, partners and prospects, including a monthly client newsletterStrengthening our social media channels, increasing engagement levels and follower numbers via our content and thought leadershipClient data management and integrity using SalesforceSales and operational supportUpdating and improving Sales support materialsManaging the Leyton Sailing project in the UK to improve branding and customer experienceManaging a number of physical and virtual events annuallyAssisting with some design tasks where required, using tools such as Canva, InDesign etcManaging one Marketing Executive who will provide support for all operational tasksEssential skills: The role will suit an experienced B2B marketer with demonstrated skills in successfully developing multi-channel marketing campaigns, supporting sales activity through market analysis, audience segmentation and lead generation amongst other thingsA KPI-focused mindset, with the ability to evaluate detailed metrics and desire to improve campaign performanceDemonstrable ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues globallyExperience in database management and CRM systemsThe Leyton Group is committed to being an inclusive employer.
