Description : We are looking for a Call Centre Manager (healthcare background is a must )Managing the daily activity of an Inbound /Outbound Call Center.Setting Call Centre Strategies and Standard operation and proceduresSetting Call Centre Department goals, KPI’s, Call Centre related reports. Enforce Hospital & Department policies and procedure for all Agents.Ensure all agents directly assigned to deal with patient providing the best service possible.Identify challenges, formulate solution and implement them in order to reach successful conclusions to all issues related to call center Department Preparing the annual Call Center Department Budget.Preparing Call Center Department Reports.Presenting Performance Information and related data to upper level management.Tracking the performance of staff, provide tips and guidelines identifying Training needs and planning Training Sessions.Ensure all Call Center Agents are performing at par.Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and number of staff required meeting the work demand. * Set a back-up “Staffing Rota”, in case of Emergency Leave, assuring a smooth flow within the Department.Maintain Call Center Agents Attendance Record.Informing management when wait time consistently remains too long so that the management may consider hiring additional Agents to prevent patients from hanging up and calling competitors.Involve in Call center staff recruitment, training and appraisal.Coaching, motivating and retaining staff.Creating and maintaining a friendly and professional environment within the Department. * Remain available at all times for Agents questions and concerns.Responsible for handling, solving and addressing patient’s complaints at Call Center level.Providing the team members with most up-to-date information related new Hospital Services.Regarding the Clinic Timing Changes Upload Amended Doctors Clinic schedule on HIS and notify the concerned DeptApplication Deadline: 25/01/2022Experience:Call Center: 2 years (Medical Background MUST)Call Center Management: 3 years (Preferred)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per monthExperience:Medical Call Center Managment: 2 years (Preferred)
