Description : Kennedys Kognitive Computing is a software development business in India that provides software development services and technology innovation for the benefit of Kennedys’ clients and is not a branch office of Kennedys Law LLP in India.
Kennedys is looking for a ModelOps/ ML Engineer to join the Kennedys IQ team in Kerala. The successful candidate will work as part of the Data Science team based in Kerala and UK.
Team
The Kennedys IQ team are responsible for the development of the IQ Platform, an online application designed to facilitate the insurance claims process using a combination of intelligent data capture, workflow augmented with legal expertise, as well as analytics including machine learning and natural language processing.
Key Responsibilities
Projects
Working under the direction of the firm’s Development Manager, and Project Managers as part of projects to develop and implement new applications, upgrades and changes to existing systems
Maintaining and developing skills in Web, Python, database and development technologies currently used by the firm, particularly Enterprise scale applications integration and other technologies as required by the IT Director
Testing and documentation
Performing appropriate pre-release testing
Advising test staff
Documentation of database administration and maintenance tasks such that they can be performed by other team members if required
Support
Assist development and support staff, sometimes out of hours, with application releases and system upgrades
4th line support, including diagnoses and resolution of database issues, faults and rectification
Required experience
Python 3+, Frameworks (Flask, Hadoop), FAST API
Machine learning techniques and algorithms (SVM, Decision Forests, Random forests)
Knowledge in Data models and analytical solutions.
Knowledge in Image OCR and Data extraction solutions/tools
Setting up NLTK platform
Configuring Data science toolkits and libraries (R, Weka, NumPy, MATLAB, Spacy)
Data visualization tools (any)
Query language (SQL)
NoSQL database (any)
Azure DevOps + portal
Business intelligence tools like Tableau (Optional)
Azure DevOps + portal
Azure pipeline
Experience with Linux, Docker/Kubernetes
Knowledge in Azure app service, function/logic apps, WAF, Application gateways, DNS
