Building on our success we are developing a new business venture, Flexible Workspaces. A branded approach that allows us to develop our future business in two important respects: A new, dynamic offering for major occupiers and secondly a sense of community for smaller companies.
The Role
This is an opportunity to join the Storey team, in a business critical role at an exciting time in the flexible workspace market. Storey has seen record demand this year, is well positioned to respond to post Covid customer needs, and has a pipeline of new sites in development. This role has operational responsibility for all 11 Storey sites, all pipleline sites in development and the evolution of the Storey product (working with the wider Storey team). This role will also support and drive consistency and efficiencies in the delivery of our Fitted workspace offer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Storey Community Managers and Storey Club team to ensure consistenty across all sites, alignment with the Storey vision & values (workspace and club space), and customers’ expectations are met/exceeded.
Ensure the Storey, Fitted and property management operations are aligned to drive maximum efficiency for both the Storey ‘on floor’ operational costs and building service change (where applicable).
Work with the Customer Relationship Manager to ensure a best in class customer experience, considering the full customer lifecycle – onboarding, in occupation and renewal (or exit).
Oversee the on-boarding process for Storey and Fitted, ensure processes are clear, efficient and aligned with the building management team to deliver a smooth customer experience. This includes management of the Storey Onboarding Manager and co-ordination with the Storey Project Manager.
Responsible for the production, management and reporting of the Storey and Fitted operational budgets.
Own the operational cost and feed into the design of Storey and Fitted pipeline sites to maximise operational efficiency. Responsible for the mobilisation and launch of new spaces including the ‘soft landing’ process.
Work with the wider Storey team to evolve the Storey and Fitted service package and ensure it continues to respond to changing customer needs and maximise returns.
Represent Storey on operationally focused technology and sustainability initiatives across the business e.g. Campus app improvements, Facilio worksteam.
Own the Storey H&S and risk management processes/reporting across the portfolio.
Encourage high performance and professional development for all team members
Commerical property management experience
Proven experience of leading a highly effective and customer service driven team
Exposure to managing a portfolio of buildings or real estate is advantageous
Strong leadership skills, able to inspire others and encourage collaboration
Relentless drive to achieve new levels of performance and customer service

Possesses the gravitas and credibility to build long term relationships
