Cleveland Clinic London are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants preferably with experience in an Outpatient setting.
The Outpatients Healthcare Assistant will primarily be involved in assisting nursing Caregivers and providing direct patient care, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and always working in a manner that promotes privacy and dignity
You will be:
Responsible for ensure consulting and treatment rooms are prepared ahead of each clinic and between patientsResponsible for providing basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nursing CaregiversCompetent in carrying out basic observations and recording the results whilst recognising own limitations and the need to escalate as necessaryAble to act as a role model, ensuring the reputation of the nursing profession is upheldAssisting 1 day a week with non clinical patient facing activities e.g. scheduling appointments, attending general patient queries, other administrative duties etcAble to support the team in delivering department KPIs as appropriateThe holder of an NVQ level 3 or higher; Care Certificate.
