Band 2 Admin Support 18.45 hours per week based at Avenue House, The Manor Site, Nuneaton. The working pattern for this post is 1.15pm – 5.00pm on Wednesday and 9am – 5pm on Thursday and Friday
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are excited to welcome a new person into our dedicated Admin Hub team to support the mental health clinical staff and managers on The Manor Site in Nuneaton. Please be aware that the above shift pattern cannot be changed due to service needs.

The post holder will play an important role supporting our Secondary Care Mental Health Services. You will be required to support the admin team in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers and will work within an integrated and skill mixed admin team across the building to support clinical service delivery. You will also be required to provide cover for our main reception at Avenue House.
Subject to Parliamentary approval, from 1st April 2022 all NHS workers in England who have face to face contact with patients must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Only those with specified medical exemptions will be excluded from this requirement. Please consider this mandatory requirement when applying for this position.

We will require a well organised individual who are able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner. Knowledge and experience in customer care as well as previous reception duties would be an advantage.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability to multi task, manage and prioritise your own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team. We are a flexible team who have the option to work from home to suit the needs of the service and staff member.
