Are you the commercially oriented Partner Sales Executive who can combine business development with strategic channels to deliver revenue for both parties?
As part of the Middle East Sales Execution team, aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue derived through the Indirect Channel in terms of supporting Partners directly to evolve their sales strategy and performance to meet long term productivity and business objectives.
These goals are achieved through building productive business relationships with Partner Solution Partners, Partner Management Execs and Partner Development Execs within a Region or Zone territory, aligned to SPL Regional/ Zone objectives. Coach and mentor Partner personnel to advance Partner productivity in the sales cycle, in particular through larger, complex/strategic pursuits, and stuck deals, ensuring appropriate resources are provided in support of Partners. Works on projects/assignments of strategic scope. Works under self-management. Mentor other Partner Sales Executives on effective co-sales approaches, demonstrating by own personal example and excellence.
As the Partner Sales Executive, you’ll drive digital innovation by:
Developing opportunities and sales accounts across the Middle East focusing on the financial services, banking and insurance segments
Identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities for Mendix, in conjunction with channels partners including driving sales pipeline with them
Building relationships and establishing communications at the highest executive levels in your accounts to understand their needs and priorities, and to speed and simplify the deal process
Execute on sales and marketing strategies to communicate the differentiated value of Mendix to the customer at both the technical and business levels
Identifying the customer approvers, decision-makers, and influencers, and develop strategies for each to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
Taking a core role in the closing process including negotiations and procurement activities
Leverage the strengths of the partner to create a differentiated value proposition in the enterprise market
Evangelize the platform – confirm and communicate the Mendix value to partners and their customers
Consistently communicating and brainstorming with the extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development
You’re the innovator we need if you have:
5 years + of demonstrated sales experience in enterprise software (Saas / Paas) with a proven track record of consistently exceeding annual quota & performance targets, ideally within the following verticals: financial services, insurance and banking. Background in software delivery will be advantageous
Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team
Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer executive relationships at the highest levels
Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
Strong orientation to team communication and collaboration
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com to maintain a current and accurate pipeline
High Energy and attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
