The Partnerships Manager – Legal Professionals Europe will develop, maintain and expand our go-to-market partnership strategy for Europe – working with third parties to maximise sales and customer support across Europe for our market-leading portfolio of legal software and information services.
This includes initiating and building partner relationships, leveraging enterprise commercial models, ensuring operational success, and collaborating with colleagues across Thomson Reuters to drive step-change growth.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Partnerships Manager – Legal Professionals Europe, you will:
Work with Sales, Product and Technology teams to execute and develop the go-to-market partnership strategy
Lead on go-to-market activities of new partner initiatives, including strategy to maximize sales, sales per partner, number of offerings, and other key revenue-generating metrics•
Building a business plan with each partner, setting and achieving commercial goals, including ownership of end-to-end operational delivery and commercial milestones
Collaborating with colleagues in Marketing to develop joint TR and partner marketing programs and promotions
Coordinate partner QBRs, working with colleagues in Partner Operations
Prospect and acquire new partners
Partner relationship management, act as a ‘partner help desk’ and communications channel to partners
About You
You’re an ideal fit for the role of Partnerships Manager – Legal Professionals Europe if you have:
A passion for creating great customer experiences and delivering results
Advanced influencing and collaboration skills to thrive in a matrixed organization, and dealing with external partners
Demonstrable track record of financial and commercial acumen, and development of business plans
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive for results within corporate policy frameworks
Knowledge of the business software marketplace, ideally within the Professional Services domain
Additional European languages (ideal)
