Manage the onboarding/offboarding for employees that WOW candidates and employees!
Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance in a professional manner.
High-quality maintenance of personnel-related data on the HR platform and ensure all employment requirements are met. Great data gives us great insight!
Create and produce (with legal assistance) contracts and other employee-related documents. We want to make sure we ALWAYS do the right thing for our employees and the company.
Manage the hiring process by performing background checks, conducting reference calls, issuing offer letters etc.
Take on roles to recruit when needed. This is a great way to learn about the business!
Support Managers and employees on all employee lifecycle activities: YE reviews, probation reviews, mid-year reviews, talent reviews
Work hand-in-hand with our Accounting team to ensure payroll processes are followed with 100% accuracy.
Reports on movement tracking, payroll cut off, time off, headcount etc
Forms effective relationships with the departments and consults with line management, providing People guidance when appropriate. Typically supports front line managers
Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Coordinate new employees relocation process when needed.
Partners with colleagues globally to ensure a vibrant and effective workplace.
Works closely with the People team members to ensure all benefits programmes are administered in line with process or policy
Implements People Team Projects to the highest quality and on time.
Works closely with the People team to implement the appropriate total reward mechanisms for each client group and location. This includes: compensation, incentives, benefits, learning, work-life balance, and recognition
Analyses trends and metrics in order to help develop solutions, programs, and opportunities for learning.
What we’re looking for from you
Relevant experience in the people field
High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
Payroll knowledge is a requirement
Good relationship building skills and a role model for others
Relevant knowledge of UK laws
Preferably CIPD qualified / relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards a qualification
Experience of a startup/scaleup would be beneficial
Team player and positive outlook

Our Process
Our first step will be a 30-minute zoom call to understand a bit more about you and why you’ve applied. Next, we’ll invite candidates to a first-round interview to get into more detail about you and the role, as well as taking a look at your experience together with the Head of People. The next stage will be to meet the team. And finally, you will meet with the CEO/Founder.
