Description : The Role:
The overall purpose of this role is provide Product Management input and expertise into the development of Triodos Investments Administration System (TIAS) for TBUK. This role is initially available on a 9 months FTC basis.
Working as part of the TBUK and ICT Investments Domain team, you will be responsible for providing input on all areas of the development, acting as the subject matter expert for existing investment products, regulatory requirements, dealing processes, customer journey/user experience, and AML and KYC requirements to ensure that the development of the TIAS administration system for TBUK and the related Mobile App and Internet Banking channels and services fully meet the business and customer needs.
You will act as point of contact between the Retail Product and Risk and Control areas and the Investment Domain Team to define the business requirements and acceptance and success criteria.
Key Responsibilities with Include:
Acting as the subject matter expert for Business Analysts in regard to product design and features including customer facing product features including but not limited to; IB and app functionality, statements, charges, minimum investment amounts and eligibility criteria for TBUK to distribute Impact funds and Stocks and Shares ISA’s in a compliant manner.
You will ensure all aspects of the TBUK product governance are adhered to during the project such as the Risk Quick Scan, DPIA, Information Security Assessment, RCSA and CASS Rule Applicability Matrix and be responsible for arranging and documenting approval from key stakeholders.
In relation to decision making you will ensure TBUK’s governance framework is adhered to and where required decisions are referred or escalated within the Retail Banking Team and wider business
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have an extensive knowledge of the UK Retail Fund Market including customer and regulatory needs, opportunities and challenges, combined with previous relevant experience within banking or financial services in a Product management role.
You will have a customer-centric approach alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to Senior Stakeholders.
A detailed understanding of key regulatory requirements such as ISA, MIFID II and Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS), and the ability to identify improvements to our resilience and compliance in these areas will also be key to this position.
