We are currently hiring a Product Manager (Remote) to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved.
THE DETAILS
You are a fintech-minded Product Manager, who will help drive our product and work closely with different teams and customers to constantly be delivering high value features for our Shopper and Retailers through our Retailer Integrations and Shopper Phone App. In this position you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to understand internal/external customer needs and create our product vision, successfully executing on complex initiatives. The role will also require effective communication of objectives, timing, and obstacles. Ultimately, you will enable the rollout of products that deliver the Four vision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Write product requirements and use scenarios, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both the required technology and market needs
Define user personas for shoppers and retailers
Maintain and drive the product roadmap ensuring that the roadmap is up-to-date and communicated to the wider business
Manage and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, features, and stories to ensure they provide the most value
Write market requirements documents
Be the customer-first voice of the market within the development and design teams
Act as Product Owner within the agile team
Run design-sprints with UX designers working on interaction design for POCs and prototypes
Mockups, wireframes, and input into design prototypes
Able to work with management in order to prioritize the importance of different initiatives and requests brought forward by the different stakeholders around the business.
Drive, by liaising with sales, support and development team’s discovery and feasibility tasks for product opportunities
Own final sign-off of UAT by working with the QA team
Strong stakeholder management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in software Product Management
Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution
Exceptional communicator and proven ability to write/present effectively to a variety of audiences
High-integrity and ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product and service
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in all stages of Product Development from inception, requirements, design, development, testing and go-to-market
Experience of working with a cross-section of business and technical teams
Experience in a fast-growing tech startup, working from home, and a distributed workforce
