Job Description
Leads the Delivery organization with a focus on timely delivery, Profit center and customer satisfaction
Responsible for delivering the vision of the Product / Solution through Product Roadmaps, lifecycle management and innovative ideas by understanding the latest technology trends
Responsible for the holistic assessment of business requirements, collection and identification of technical specifications, and the subsequent development of technology solutions that require development to be viable (i.e., business applications, LOB applications, workflow systems, purchased applications, developed applications and applications integration).
The role is to understand the business requirements and transform them into technical solutions. Includes identifying customer needs, developing strategies to meet customer demands, working closely with stakeholders to implement the technical solutions (latest technology) and monitor project progress.
Responsible for Proposal preparations/response to RFP. Involvement in Technical Demos during the business development cycle
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact and work with implementation teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. Track and drive timely resolution of open issues.
Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective solutions by defining Standards, guidelines, Performance and best practices
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Providing Technological & Architectural advancement suggestions
Recommend new processes, workarounds, and flow changes to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the Consumer Experience.
